The Terms and Conditions of EasyFix is a legal “Contract” between you (either an individual or an entity that you are representing, hereinafter “you”) and EasyFix for the Technical Services. Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to the terms of this Contract and you. It acknowledges that EasyFix would not agree to provide the Services without that assent. The Services include Technical Support and other services. You may only receive the Services if you are a Service subscriber in good standing with a valid account with TechySupport.
EasyFix is an independent service provider and not associated with any other third party.
All payments made payable to AARAV Technical Support Services Inc.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in no event shall EasyFix be liable to you in excess of the amounts actually paid by you to EasyFix under the Plan Order that is the subject of the dispute.
The EasyFix and all content provided on or through the site are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, except where expressly provided otherwise.
RENEWAL /UPGRADE POLICY
You would be eligible to renew/upgrade the services any time before your service plan gets expired,
Note: In the case of Incidence Plan renew/upgrade will not be an option.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
All right reserved to EasyFix to refuse service for any reason at any time to anyone.
Any use of service/software which is illegal may result in termination of your contract and may lead to cancellation of your account.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.
EasyFix, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized access to our portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with EasyFix, among other reasons. Such termination of the Service/Contract will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your PC Support Contract.
SERVICES/PLANS
Your services refer to your contract with EasyFix under the plan that you entered with. EasyFix offers multiple service plans, which entitles you to access our technical support agents 24/7 for the duration of the contract. In this duration of your service plan, you can call our technicians any time for technical issues with your
EasyFix reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

TRANSFER OF SERVICES
The Services of your subscription are only transferable/switch once during the subscription period from one computer to another owned by you.
DATA PROTECTION
If a customer loses any of data or information because of any hardware fault, TechySupport will not be responsible for the loss. However, EasyFix guides the customers with
EasyFix does not provide data backup or restoration services. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up all information, data, text or other materials and software stored on your computer and storage media before ordering the services. You acknowledge and agree that EasyFix or its referral partners have no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or corruption of customer data, software or hardware that may arise out of the services.
EasyFix does not provide backup copies or support installation of unlicensed software to customers. Please ensure that you have a licensed copy of all necessary software.
PAYMENTS/CREDIT CARD BILLING
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file. • None of

GENERAL TERMS
Technical support is only provided via email, chat and on call. • Currently, the service is available only in the English language, all other languages would be entertained on best effort basis.
Verbal, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) by any EasyFix customer to any TechySupport employee, member, or officer will result in immediate contract termination.
You must not modify, or resell our services to a third-party unless explicitly specified by us. Any liability that arises from this would be solely yours.

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
EasyFix provides access to its Services online which may require you to enter into agreements or receive notices electronically. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that by clicking “I Agree” or “I Accept” or “Submit” anywhere on EasyFix website:
You agree to conduct electronically the particular transaction into which you thereby enter including, without limitation, entering into this Agreement

UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY
EasyFix reserve all right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Contract and to take any action we adjudge appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
